As administrator you can add/edit your team member to access your Sharkbate dashboard. Here are the steps.

How to add Roles

Managing your staff is easy. You have 2 roles:

  • Admin - has access to all parts of the Dashboard, including but not limited to Reload credits, Account and Billing, Add/edit roles, changing your business bank account.
  • Operator - has limited access in Dashboard, can only access to Sales order  mobile apps.

How to manage Roles?

Go to Dashboard>Configuration>Company Profile>Roles>Click + to add new roles>Select Admin or Operator role>Save.
