For in-store customers, Rewards can be issued on the spot when Merchant offers the specific reward to the customer using the customer's mobile number.  

  1. On the Sharkbate App, tap Customer.
  2. Key in Customer's mobile number then tap Go. Alternatively, client can open Sharkbate WebApp and let you scan the QR code on your App.
  3. Tap Issue. Then select the voucher to offer the customer. Key in the Reference number if applicable. Enter the Receipt Amount, then Slide to Issue.
