For in-store customers, Rewards can be redeemed on the spot when Merchant offers the specific reward to the customer using the customer's mobile number.  

  1. On the Sharkbate App, tap Customer.
  2. Key in Customer's mobile number then tap Go. Alternatively, client can open Sharkbate WebApp and let you scan the QR code on your App.
  3. Tap Redeem. Then select the voucher to redeem. Key in the Reference number if applicable. Enter the Receipt Amount, then Slide to Redeem, or just open the QR code to let merchant scan it.
