When Rewards meet Campaign = Collaboration.
When you have created a Reward, surely you would like to “Hebohkan” to your uncles and aunties right? This would be a great chance to Campaign about it.
Reward is the place to create and publish your e-vouchers or good deals.
Campaign is the place to "Hebohkan" your Reward so Partners can view it and share it.
Why Collaborate?
When you collaborate with other merchants or any Sharkbate Verified Partners, you can achieve the following and more:
- Increase the sales probabilities
- Increase your listing’s variety
- Gain potential customer details
- Understand your customers’ spending behaviour
How to collaborate?
- Using Reward tool
If you have an existing Rewards:
Go to Tools > Select Reward > Select your existing Reward > Click on Edit icon > Select Linkage > Select Bundle > Select up to 5 Rewards to collaborate.
If you have no existing Rewards, learn more about how to create Reward for customer.
2. Using Store-Direct tool
If you have existing Direct store page:
Go to Tools > Store > Direct > Select your existing Direct store page > Click on Edit icon > Select 1 Reward to collaborate.
If you have no existing Direct store page, learn more about how to create a Direct Store page.
So after you have published the reward/store page, you will find the listing in 2 places.
Firstly, in your Tools, Reward/Store listings (in your own dashboard). You can view and edit here.
Secondly, in Campaign (public to all Sharkbate users).
In Campaign, Sharkbate Verified Partners can see all the public Rewards/ Store page created by all Sharkbate Merchants. Learn more about How to Campaign for your sale?
